Where can I find my book-entry statements?

This article provides a simple, step-by-step guide for investors using DealMaker to locate their official book-entry statements.

If the company has issued the book entry statement for the offering you have invested in, you will find the book entry statement within your DealMaker Engage portal.

A book-entry statement is your virtual certificate representing issued securities. These statements are generated after the issuer finalizes and registers the transactions on its shareholder ledger. Notifications are sent once the statement is available in your DealMaker account.

Once your investment is "accepted", you can expect your securities to be issued to you by the company's SEC-registered Transfer Agent. The timeline for your securities to be issued once they've been accepted will vary depending on factors such as the raise size.

We recommend reaching out to the company you're investing in for an accurate timeline of when securities may be issued.

If your investment has not yet been accepted, the company you're investing in must first accept your investment into the offering before securities are issued, as outlined in this article.

To access your DealMaker Engage portal, please follow the instructions listed below:

If the statement is not visible in the "Investments" tab, consider checking the "Documents" tab or verifying your email address to ensure it matches the one used during submission.

  1. Please log in to your DealMaker account (https://app.dealmaker.tech/users/sign_in). This will take you to your dashboard. To log into your DealMaker account, you can use any of the following options:

    1. One-Time Password

    2. LinkedIn Account

    3. Facebook Account

    4. Gmail Account

  2. Scroll down to the ‘My Companies’ section and select the desired company.

  3. A new window will open to your DealMaker Engage portal. Click the ‘Investments’ tab.

  4. If the book-entry statement has been issued, you will see it located in your 'Investments' tab.

Additionally, verify the email address linked to your account by logging in, selecting "Your Profile," and checking the "Email" tab. If incorrect, log out and log back in with the correct email. For delayed bank transfers, allow up to five business days for processing before the statement is issued.
