You can update your phone number in two different places, depending on whether you want to change your general account details or your specific investment records.
Update Your Account Profile Phone Number
This updates your phone number for your general DealMaker account login and dashboard notifications. It does not alter existing investment records.
From your dashboard, click your name in the top-right corner of the screen.
Select Your Profile.
Enter or update your phone number.
Click Save Changes. A confirmation message will appear to confirm your changes were saved.
2. Update Your Investor Profile Phone Number
This updates your official investment records, including ownership information.
a. From your dashboard, click your name in the top-right corner of the screen.
b. Select Investor Profiles.
c. Choose the profile you wish to update and edit your phone number (you can also update other details here, such as your address).
d. Click Save.
Note: If securities have already been issued, please allow 24–48 hours for your book-entry statement to reflect the updated information.
