How to update SSN Post-Investment?

Updating Your Social Security Number (SSN) After an Investment

If you need to correct or update the Social Security Number (SSN) associated with your investment after the subscription agreement has been executed and accepted by the issuer, please note that the signed subscription documents cannot be modified retroactively.

However, the issuer’s transfer agent may be able to update the SSN in the shareholder records and share register upon receipt of appropriate documentation.

To request an update:

  1. Identify the specific investment requiring the SSN correction.

  2. Complete a W-9 form with your correct SSN.

  3. Submit the W-9 form to the issuer's transfer agent, who will update your SSN in the share register.

Once reviewed and approved, the transfer agent may update the shareholder records to reflect the corrected SSN. Please note that this update does not amend or replace the original executed subscription agreement.
