The easiest and fastest way to confirm the Entity is accredited is to upload a letter signed by an accountant/lawyer/broker-dealer/investment advisor, template letter can be found HERE.
However, the following are alternative methods for entity investors:
Provide both:
- The corporation’s formation documents which must list all equity owners of the company

One of the following set of documents:
- Accredited investor verification letters dated within three months of this request from a licensed attorney, a certified public accountant, a broker/dealer or SEC Registered investment advisor
- Evidence of income exceeding $200,000 USD or joint income with that person's spouse exceeding $300,000 USD in each of the two most recent years
- Evidence that net worth, or joint net worth with that person's spouse, exceeds $1,000,000 USD, must be dated within the past 90 days from the date of the request.
- Documents indicating entity assets in excess of $5M USD dated within the past 90 days
- Documents indicating that each equity owner is a standalone accredited investor. Each equity owner must provide one of the following:
Evidence that the equity owner is currently maintaining a FINRA Series 7 or FINRA Series 63 license (see SEC rules here).
