The following article will provide information on what DealMaker does and what role we play in this investment process.
DealMaker is a cloud-based platform used by companies to complete capital raises digitally. We help manage the circulation and tracking of the offering for the company. You will be invited to invest in an offering by email or through a companies website. You will complete your questionnaire, sign your agreement and fund your investment on DealMaker. For more information on the investment process please view the DealMaker Overview article.
As DealMaker is simply the platform used by companies to complete capital raises, we are unable to advise on if this investment is a good opportunity or provide legal advice. If you have any queries relating to the company you are investing in (e.g. about the company, when the company is going public, when you will receive your investment certificates), please send these to the company directly.
