You will be invited to invest in an offering by email or through a companies website. You will complete your questionnaire, sign your agreement and fund your investment on DealMaker. As DealMaker is simply the platform used by companies to complete capital raises, we are unable to advise on if this investment is a good opportunity or provide legal advice.
