Downloading a your Subscription Agreement
Unsigned Version
If you wish to download a copy of the Subscription Agreement to review before proceeding with an investment, you will be able to obtain a blank copy on the respective deal portal.
- Simply click on “Preview Agreement” located at the top of the deal portal you wish to invest in, and a preview page will appear.
- Click the download icon on the top right corner and save the document
Signed/Countersigned Version
Depending on which stage you are at with your investment, you would be able to obtain a copy of the signed/countersigned version of your Subscription Agreement.
- Log in to your DealMaker account (https://app.dealmaker.tech/users/sign_in) to access your Dashboard. If you haven’t set a password yet, use the email invitation link located in any of the DealMaker emails to enter be redirected to the portal.
- From your Dashboard, scroll down to the “My Companies” section. Click and click on “View My Purchases” under the company that you wish to obtain a copy of the signed agreement.
- Click on “Subscription Agreement” at the bottom left corner. If you have signed the agreement but your investment has not been accepted by the issuer yet, you will be able to obtain your signed copy only. Once the investment has been accepted, the link will be updated to your countersigned version.
- Click the download icon on the top right corner and save the document
