The following article will explain the different funding states for your investment in DealMaker.
Unfunded:
If your DealMaker account has a funding status of "unfunded" this means that your funds have not yet been received or your funds have not yet been reflected on your account.
If your funds have not been reflected on your DealMaker account, please view the Funding Timing article to see how long your payment method takes to be received and processed.
Funded:
If your DealMaker account has a funding status of "funded" this means that your funds have been received for your total investment amount.
Overfunded:
If your DealMaker account has a funding status of "overfunded" this means that the company you are investing in have received more funds than you have subscribed for. For example, if you have signed your agreement for a total of $5,000 but you have sent funds of $6,000 your account will be overfunded by $1,000.
If you have sent more funds than you have subscribed for but would like to invest more, please reach out to the company you are investing in or info@dealmaker.tech and we will make the relevant amendments to your agreement to reflect the amount you would like to invest. If you have accidentally sent more funds, please let the company you are investing in or DealMaker know.
Underfunded:
If your DealMaker account has a funding status of "underfunded" this means that we have received a partial amount for your investment. If you have signed your agreement for $5,000 but the amount you have sent is $2,500, your account will be underfunded by $2,500.
If you are sending your funds via several transactions, the other transactions will be processed once received and once all funds have been received your DealMaker account will be funded. If you would like to decrease your investment from the amount you have signed for, please reach out to the company you are investing in or info@dealmaker.tech and we will make the relevant amendments to your agreement to reflect the amount you would like to invest.
